Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Agreement
By using FirmScope, creating an account or posting content, you agree to these terms, the community guidelines and the privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FirmScope provides a directory of public firm information and a platform for user-generated opinion. It is not a broker, prop firm, investment adviser, regulator, dispute-resolution body or escrow provider. Inclusion is not a recommendation.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Verify your email before posting.
- One account per person; do not create accounts to manipulate ratings.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create risk.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display and distribute that content in connection with the service. You confirm you have the right to publish it.
You must not post personal data, credentials, trading statements, affiliate links, unlawful content, threats, harassment or undisclosed paid promotion. We may moderate content as described in the review policy.
5. Firm information
Listing facts are compiled from public sources and can be incomplete, stale or wrong. Verification labels describe the review of a record, not the safety or suitability of a firm. Always verify fees, leverage, product availability, regulatory status and eligibility directly.
6. No financial or legal advice
Nothing on the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trading forex, CFDs and prop-firm challenges involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. You are responsible for your decisions and for complying with the law in your jurisdiction.
7. Third-party links
Links to firm or regulator websites are provided for context. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or security.
8. Moderation and availability
We may edit formatting, label, hide or remove content, and may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular content will remain published.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on user content or listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes should be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
FirmScope is operated by GFFC LTD. Contact: info@firmscope.co.uk. Registered company details and address are available on request. Add the governing law, complaint route and any required consumer-law information before launch.
