User content
Review policy
Reviews are personal opinion about a real experience. They are not verified trading records, and they do not become facts because they are published here.
Eligibility
You need a verified email to publish. One account per person. You may have one review per firm; editing is preferred to posting duplicates. Reviews are intended for people who have actually used the firm or product.
What we publish
- First-hand experience with a firm's products, execution, support, fees or withdrawals.
- Specific praise or criticism, including negative experiences.
- Reasonable inference clearly framed as opinion.
What we may hide or remove
- Spam, advertising, affiliate links or repetitive content.
- Abuse, threats, hate speech or harassment.
- Personal or sensitive data.
- Conflicts of interest, undisclosed employment or coordinated manipulation.
- Content that is not a genuine user experience.
- Unlawful content or content we are required to remove.
Moderation and appeal
A report does not automatically remove content. A moderator reviews context and records an action. Authors can appeal by using the corrections and appeals route, including the review link and any supporting public evidence.
Firm responses
Firms may request a claim review to correct factual listing fields. They may not edit reviews or ratings. If a firm believes a review is unlawful or contains personal data, it can report it with a specific explanation and evidence.
Anonymity and data minimisation
Display names are public. Email addresses are not shown. Do not post sensitive account data. We may remove content that puts you or another person at risk even if it is true.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Prop-firm challenges and leveraged products are not suitable for everyone.
